Abba Father, have mercy on the least – 

the broken, abused, threatened, 

the victims, the homeless, 

the hungry and starving, 

the war-torn, and the bereaved; 

have mercy on the poor, 

the sick, the incarcerated, and the broken; 

forgive us our sins; 

deliver us from dictators, oligarchs, authoritarians; 

set your people free from the oppressors; 

deliver those who have been disappeared off our streets; 

liberate the immigrants and migrants; 

protect the queer community and 

all those victimized by racism, prejudice, and hatred; 

deliver us from homophobia and misogyny, 

from ableism and ageism; 

look upon the disabled with compassion; 

deliver us from tyranny;

bring manumission to the trafficked, 

courage to the fearful, 

and love to the lonely.

Lord God, your precious sheep, 

whom you created with infinite value, 

whom you love unconditionally, 

who bear your image, 

are broken, bleeding, lacerated, scattered, 

bleeding and dying on the hillsides, 

victims of wolves.

Gather them in your arms of love.

Oh, merciful Shepherd, 

heal, 

deliver, 

defend, 

let justice descend like a mighty stream.

Come quickly, Lord Jesus.
