No one living has experienced a worldwide pandemic until now. How do we respond? I’ve heard people say things like, “We’re Christians! We live by faith, not fear!”

True enough, but faith in what, and fear of what?

We need not fear. We are in God’s hands. No matter what happens, God will never let us go. The very worst that can happen to us is that we are home with Jesus. 

Faith in God’s care does not, however, imply denial, ignoring danger, or being foolhardy.

Faith:

1. Pray often
2. Pause through the day, focus on Jesus, thank Him for His love.
3. Read scripture
4. Zoom or FaceTime with family & friends.
5. Listen to worship music.
6. Access good biblical teaching on line. 

Practice:

1. Wash hands
2. Avoid personal contact
3. Sanitize surfaces
4. Follow CDC and WHO guidelines
